Our D&I Director, Dee Sekar, spoke to the International Bar Association’s (IBA) Kieran Pender, Senior Legal Advisor in the Legal Policy and Research Unit. Kieran led the groundbreaking report, Us Too? Bullying and Sexual Harassment in the Legal Profession, drawing on data collected from nearly 7,000 surveyed legal professionals from 135 countries, conducted by the IBA’s Legal Policy & Research Unit (LPRU) in collaboration with consultancy firm Acritas.
